CA Jatin Patel is the Founder Partner of Patel & Shah, Chartered Accountants, bringing with him extensive professional experience across diverse areas of Consulting, Management Advisory, Taxation, Accounting, Auditing, and Regulatory Compliances. With a career spanning several years, he has developed deep expertise in advising businesses across multiple industries on financial management, operational efficiency, and statutory matters.

Prior to establishing the firm, he served with Bank of Maharashtra, where he was actively involved in Credit Appraisal and financial assessment of industrial clients. His banking experience has provided him with strong practical exposure to project financing, credit evaluation, risk assessment, and corporate financial analysis.

Academically, he is a Commerce Graduate and Law Graduate from Gujarat University. Further strengthening his professional capabilities, he has successfully completed the prestigious Post Qualification Course on Information Systems Audit (DISA) conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

With a balanced blend of banking, audit, taxation, advisory, and compliance experience, Jatin Patel continues to provide practical, business-oriented, and value-driven professional solutions to clients of the firm.

CA Palak Shah is the Founder Partner of Patel & Shah, Chartered Accountants, bringing with him extensive professional experience across diverse areas of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and RERA Advisory services. With several years of practical exposure in handling multifaceted financial and regulatory matters, he has developed a reputation for delivering pragmatic, compliant, and business-oriented solutions to clients across various industries.

A qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he is also a Commerce Graduate with a strong academic foundation in finance and taxation.

Alongside his professional pursuits, he possesses an avid interest in financial investments and the securities market, enabling him to maintain a practical understanding of evolving financial trends and investment environments.

With a client-centric approach, strong technical acumen, and practical business insight, he continues to guide businesses and professionals in achieving regulatory compliance, financial efficiency, and sustainable growth.

CA Urvil Shah joined Patel & Shah, Chartered Accountants as a Partner of the Firm in the year 2016. He possesses extensive experience in the areas of Accounting and Income Tax, having advised and assisted clients across diverse sectors over several years of professional practice.

A qualified Chartered Accountant by profession, he has always maintained a keen interest in academics and professional education. Over the years, he has actively contributed to the academic development of students pursuing Chartered Accountancy courses by serving as a coach and mentor in various professional subjects.

Academically, he is a Commerce Graduate and a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), USA, which further strengthens his professional expertise and global perspective in the field of accounting and finance.
